In an attempt to expands its service areas, Liberty Environmental, Inc. has acquired Lebanon, New Jersey-based Frey Engineering, LLC. Frey Engineering will add its expertise in remedial assessment and design on Superfund cleanup projects.

Whitefish River extended six more weeks
An oil sheen was spotted on the river near the Whitefish railyard state Superfund site last month. A closure of the pedestrian and bike pathway went into effect on April 11. Construction work will continue into July to improve an interceptor trench.
