EnviroServe Inc. has acquired Environmental Projects, Inc. (EPI), a Maine-based environmental services provider. The acquisition establishes EnviroServe's presence in the New England region and expands its nationwide network.
Headquartered in Auburn, Maine, EPI provides environmental remediation and waste management services to customers across a diverse set of end markets.
