Nasim Pica, Ph.D., is a PFAS Treatment Expert for Weston Solutions, Inc. She has 10+ years’ experience in environmental services/remediation including a variety of environmental topics such as treatment of PFAS and other emerging contaminants; soil and groundwater investigation, remediation design, implementation, and hazardous material management; and interpretation of large and complex data. She served as principal investigator and co-principal investigator on multiple DoD Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP) projects developing PFAS treatment technologies and has developed a AI-based tool for PFAS forensic application. Currently she is working to enable full scale applications of demonstrated destructive technologies.
