Dr. Carter is a geologist and geochemist at Arcadis with over 20 years of technical experience, including environmental consulting, academic research, policy, and regulatory. As a principal scientist, her experience spans geologic and geochemical investigation, conceptual site model development, remedial strategy, system design, implementation, and monitoring optimization for groundwater sites impacted by metals and chlorinated solvents. Dr. Carter has recently participated in technology development of the Sentinel™ passive sampling device for PFAS in environmental waters and the MinTrap™ sampler for precipitated minerals in aquifers.
