FRx, Inc.
Mr. Ross is a seasoned professional engineer with 20 years of in situ remediation experience and a proven track-record of technology leadership in the environmental industry.
Mr. Ross is a technical expert in delivery techniques for emplacing remediation amendments in low-permeability formations, including hydraulic fracturing, direct injection, and high-pressure jetting techniques. He has been involved in the development of new technologies for remediation amendment injection (i.e., DPT Jet Injection), passive sediment sampling, slow-release remediation amendment formulation, and conceptual site model development using 3-D printing.
Mr. Ross is a technical expert in the design of in situ remediation programs and has led the design process for remediation projects utilizing in situ chemical oxidation (e.g., permanganate, persulfate, peroxide, and ozone), in situ chemical reduction with zero-valent iron (ZVI), enhanced in situ bioremediation, and physical removal technologies. While Mr. Ross has served as the design lead for remediation projects across the United States and internationally, he has also worked on Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) sites for most of his career.
