Emma is a 4th year PhD student in Environmental Engineering at Northwestern University. She graduated from Wesleyan University (in Middletown, CT) in 2021 with her bachelor's in Chemistry and Art History. Emma's research is focused on the evaluation of novel adsorbents to address contamination of wastewater by PFAS and other emerging organic contaminants.
