Dr. Feild is an Associate Hydrogeologist in the Oak Ridge, Tennessee office of Burns & McDonnell. He specializes in modeling studies, site investigation, and emerging contaminants and is a Lead Consultant in a dozen different disciplines. He provides hydrogeological and remediation technical support, and technical review for projects. His 30+ years of experience includes many phases and types of environmental and hydrogeologic assessments in both the vadose zone and saturated zones. Dr. Feild also has experience designing remediation systems and large-scale dewatering systems. His strengths include analytical and numerical computer modeling of both saturated and unsaturated zone flow and contaminant transport. Dr. Feild has been working in Emerging Contaminants for the past 14 years focusing on site characterization, groundwater modeling and remediation of PFAS compounds and coal combustion residuals (CCR).
