Lara Azzam

Lara Azzam is currently a program manager at the Defense Innovation Unit in the Energy Portfolio, where she supports critical projects including PFAS remediation initiatives.

Prior to joining DIU, Lara Azzam ran a business consultancy for over 25 years. Lara has extensive experience as an interim turn-around executive, having advised companies ranging from start-ups, including her own, to established multi-billion dollar corporations. She has worked with her client companies both domestically and internationally in sales, marketing and operations in order to improve their bottom-lines.

Lara holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Masters in International Studies from The Lauder Institute.
