Paul is a Senior Engineer and Technical Lead at Bay West LLC with over 29 years of experience in environmental consulting focusing on remediation system designs, installation, operation and optimization. He holds a master’s degree in environmental engineering and maintains Professional Engineer licenses in eight States. Over the past few years Paul has completed performance evaluations of PFAS remediation systems for commercial and Department of Defense clients and helped develop a PFAS groundwater treatment design and costing tool for a nationally recognized vendor. He is a key member of the US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) research project to study PFAS destruction using General Atomic’s Industrial Supercritical Water Oxidation (iSCWO) system. He developed the test designs for the initial phase of the research and oversees the data analyses and interpretation of results.
