Rick Cramer is a Sr. Principal Geologist with more than 30 years of experience focused on developing improved understandings of subsurface conditions to solve groundwater problems. His projects include Phase I/ Phase II investigations, RCRA RI/FS, support for CERCLA-regulated sites, and groundwater basin characterizations. To advance the practice of groundwater characterization, remediation optimization, and groundwater basin management, Rick developed the Environmental Sequence Stratigraphy (ESS) technology. ESS has been established as a best practice for environmental site management by the U.S. EPA and is considered a best practice for PFAS RIs by the U.S. Air Force and Navy.
