Rysen Shirzadi is a Development Engineer at ASRC Energy with over 5 years of experience working on innovation projects, product development, and implementation of soil remediation technology. He moved to Alaska in 2019 with the intention of developing new technologies for Alaska’s oil field after graduating with a bachelors degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M. He has since been totally immersed in the business of innovation, particularly as it pertains to PFAS soil remediation. Rysen has been actively involved in system design, pilot testing, full-scale operations, and project management at remediation sites across Alaska.
