Estelle is a PhD candidate at Colorado School of Mines. Prior to Mines, she received her bachelors in chemistry from Binghamton University where she worked on biosensors for toxic fungal detection. She entered Timm Strathmann's group in 2020, initially working on earth abundant catalyst development for biofuel production. Recently, her work has transitioned to evaluating hydrothermal treatment of PFASs.
